1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless there is a mistake in the order or an issue with payment processing. You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email at connect@sahiselection.com

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason, please contact us to discuss a possible exchange or store credit.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout (Razorpay). Refunds typically take 4 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Return Procedure

If you are eligible for a return, please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us at connect@sahiselection.com to initiate the return process.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Some items, such as digital products or personalized/customized goods, are non-refundable. Please check the product description before purchasing.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending a defective or incorrect item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
